PAIGE BOND, MA, LMFT | RELATIONSHIP ANXIETY, COUPLES, AND NON MONOGAMY THERAPIST

Paige Bond, Therapist

Ready to feel calm and secure in your love life?

Every day you sweep another conflict under the rug even though you want it banished once and for all.

How would your relationship be different if you had the tools to address disconnection head on?

What’s up! I’m Paige (she/her)

I help individuals, couples, and folx navigating sexually alternative lifestyles get the DREAM relationship they want but just need a lil guidance.

That’s where I come in 🤘

I help my clients find balance, playfulness, and fulfillment in their relationships by teaching them practical tools to use in everyday interactions so they can bridge the gap with the ones they love most.

When people start coming into therapy hashing out a new problem every week, it can seemingly take forever for resolutions to unfold. It's not exactly the express lane to problem-solving if you catch my drift.

You need something more so you can take action.

I take a different approach by offering accelerated resolutions with intensive therapy and giving practical tools and exercises for you to use before, during, and after our sessions.

First, we’ll assess the cracks in your foundation and get a sense of what your DREAM relationship looks like so we have some direction of where to go.

Then, we’ll work on making repairs for built up disconnections from unresolved conflict.

After working together, you’ll have the skills to handle real conflicts with a partner when insecurity shows up so you can reconnect with intention and be authentically you.

Sex Positive Therapy

I’m a sex-positive therapist here to let your unique expression of living relationally SHINE.

I tend to work with folx who might identify as kinky, polyamorous, non-monogamous, a sex worker, or part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

My training in the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, and the Institute for Relational Intimacy gives away my obsession for learning how to create long lasting and healthy relationships.

At the end of the day, you just want someone with the expertise you need to help you feel more connected and confident in your most intimate bonds.

I get it. I was so over heartbreak after heartbreak feeling like I’d NEVER get my love life on track.

My stubbornness and determination to learn the secrets of love led me to my own journey of relational healing that inspires my work with people like you.

I realized it wasn’t about having the “perfect match” of a partner.

You can actually design your dream relationship.

What’s most important is building a secure foundation where partners feel safe, valued, and understood. This means becoming an expert on your partner to soothe them in stressful times and celebrate your triumphs together.

This will encourage you to rely on each other for emotional support and mutual growth while allowing space to be autonomous to foster a deeper connection, making the relationship more resilient to inevitable challenges.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • I’m an ONLINE ONLY relationship and marriage therapist available to all Florida, South Carolina, and Vermont state residents.

    • HOWEVER: I’m also available for concierge in-home sessions or walk-and-talk therapy sessions local to Orlando within a 10-mile radius (lemme know if you’re interested).

    • I don't accept insurance, but I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year. You can sign up using this link: https://mentaya.com/inviteclient/nCH6Cl9ATcjvkWcF0Kzp

Note: Mentaya's goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and as your therapist I do not benefit in any way from your participation.

    • You can also use CARE CREDIT for any bills of $200 or more, including intensive therapy. This can be used to help you split up payment into a plan to pay over time.

  • I’m committed to making therapy accessible. While I don't accept insurance, I do offer different pricing structures to accommodate various financial situations. Please contact me to discuss different options.

    • $187.50 for 45 minutes

    • $250 for 1 hour

    • $750 for 3 hour intensive (online or near Orlando, Florida)

    • $1500 for Ketamine Assisted Therapy (Therapist guided)

    • $750 for Ketamine Assisted Therapy (Self-Guided)

    • I frequently give resources for clients to dive into between sessions. Articles, youtube videos, podcasts, etc. “Homework” is given and encouraged to keep the themes from therapy alive during your week so that progress keeps moving forward.

If you’re not interested in this type of work, I can certainly give referrals to other therapists who’d be a better fit.

    • I have also created a curated library of trainings and workbook exercises to help you move along in your process outside of just traditional talk therapy. My hope and intention for this is to help self-motivated clients like you save time and money in therapy.
